素材の購入・ダウンロードにより、著作権が譲渡されるものではありません。
利用可能範囲
素材のご利用の際は規約に同意いただけたものとみなします。

加工について
素材のリサイズ、トリミング、反転、色味調整、文字入れ、背景との合成は可能です。
ただし、素材本体への加筆・描き足し・改変は禁止します。
表情差分の追加、髪型の変更、衣装の追加・変更、小物の描き足し、ポーズ変更、身体パーツの加筆、線画・塗りの大幅な変更等は行わないでください。
追加差分や衣装変更等をご希望の場合は、別途カスタム依頼をご利用ください。
クレジット表記について
クレジット表記は任意です。
表記いただける場合は
「りのんず立ち絵図鑑」「桜花りのん」「りのん」のいずれかを記載してください。
無料素材をご利用の場合、可能な範囲でクレジット表記をお願いいたします。
グッズ利用について
素材をメインとしたグッズ化、印刷物の販売は禁止します。
グッズ利用をご希望の場合は、別途ご相談ください。
R18・配信・ゲーム利用
成人向け作品での使用は可能です。
ただし、過度に反社会的・差別的・違法な内容での使用は禁止します。
禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止します。
・素材データそのものの再配布、販売、譲渡、共有
・素材を加工しただけのものを素材として配布・販売する行為
・自作発言、作者を偽る行為
・第三者が自由に素材を取り出せる状態での公開
・素材をメインとしたグッズ、印刷物等の販売
・公序良俗に反する使用
・誹謗中傷、差別、政治・宗教活動を主目的とした使用
・違法行為、反社会的な内容での使用
・AI学習、機械学習用データセットへの使用
・NFT、ブロックチェーン関連サービスでの使用
・ロゴ、商標、公式キャラクター等、権利登録を前提とした使用
免責事項
素材の利用により発生したトラブル、損害、不利益等について、制作者は責任を負いません。
素材は予告なく修正、削除、価格変更、利用条件の変更を行う場合があります。

These terms apply to all materials distributed or sold by Rinon’s Tachie Zukan.
By downloading, purchasing, or using the materials, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

All copyrights of the materials belong to the creator, “Ouka Rinon / 桜花りのん.”
Purchasing or downloading the materials does not transfer the copyright to the user.
Allowed Uses
You may use the materials for the following purposes:
・Commercial use
・TRPG sessions
・Live streaming
・Videos
・Doujin / indie games
・Monetized videos and streams
・Cropping, resizing, text overlay, color adjustment, and background composition
Credit and usage reports are optional for paid materials.
For free materials, credit is appreciated whenever possible.

If you would like to credit the creator, please use one of the following names:

Editing and Modification
You may resize, crop, flip, adjust colors, add text, and combine the materials with backgrounds.
However, adding to, redrawing, or modifying the material itself is not allowed.
The following modifications are prohibited:
・Adding new facial expressions
・Changing hairstyles
・Adding or changing outfits
・Adding accessories or items
・Changing the pose
・Drawing or editing body parts
・Heavily altering the line art or coloring
・Creating new variation assets from the material
If you would like additional expressions, outfit changes, or other custom modifications, please request a custom commission.
Merchandise Use
Selling goods, printed items, or merchandise that mainly feature the material itself is prohibited.
If you would like to use the materials for merchandise, please contact us in advance.
Adult Content, Streaming, and Games
Use in adult-oriented works is allowed.
However, use in excessively antisocial, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful content is prohibited.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses are prohibited:
・Redistributing, selling, transferring, or sharing the material files themselves
・Selling or distributing edited versions of the materials as assets
・Claiming the materials as your own work
・Pretending to be the creator
・Publishing the materials in a way that allows third parties to extract or download them
・Selling goods or printed items that mainly feature the materials
・Use against public order and morals
・Use for defamation, discrimination, political activities, or religious activities
・Use for illegal or antisocial activities
・Use for AI training, machine learning, or datasets
・Use for NFTs, blockchain-related services, or similar purposes
・Use as a logo, trademark, official character, or for rights registration
